I placed the order on 5/22, and the order status changed to shipment prepared on 5/24. It remained that way until I reached out to customer service on 6/2 for the order status, and they decided to actually ship it out days later. Today is 6/6, and I have not received my order. I never received a response from customer service for any updates or explanation for the delayed shipment. This is unacceptable. If I had not reached out to customer service, I don't think my order would have ever been shipped.
